Hi! I’m Kellianne Jordan, a former wedding photographer who is obsessed with making marketing easy! After 17 years as a wedding photographer, I’ve put down my camera and retired from wedding photography so I can focus on helping talented wedding photographers reach their goals quickly.
After years of not knowing how to get brides booked, I decided to figure out how multimillion dollar companies market their businesses to see how I could grow mine. During that journey, I created a simple marketing funnel that got me booked out within just a few short months.
While I’ve been teaching my marketing funnel to wedding photographers for the past 4 years, I have also watched my students get overwhelmed with the work coming in and not be able to keep up and provide their clients with the hands on boutique experience. I know first hand that having a fully booked calendar of weddings can take over your life with all the details of planning, editing, blogging, social media and of course, the marketing to keep your brides coming in. It’s a heck of a lot of work that you shouldn’t have to do alone!

Marketing a boutique wedding photography business requires so much more than putting a portfolio website up or posting ads on FB?
Here’s what you need to get booked out consistently (Yes, this is what we are experts at and we are giving you the info you need to succeed for free!):
The system for success:
1. A website that sells (There is a very specific way that websites are designed to lead people to contact you. Is your website converting visitors to leads?)
2. Interesting blog posts that draw people into your world (They need to get to know you before they book. Are you letting them into your world, your sessions and also maximizing SEO power?)
3. A system to quickly respond to inquires (Responding right away is the easiest way to see an increase in bookings. If you wait more than 24 hours then it may be too late).
4. A system for gathering potential leads (one focused system is best).
5. A system to turn potential leads into bookings or no’s (yes, they are both valuable).
Here’s how it works
We start by getting to know you and your business more. We only work with a handful of photographers to make sure we give your clients the best boutique experience possible. If you are interested, please contact to apply to be on our waitlist. We will let you know when you can expect to be on-boarded or if there are any issues with your application.
Once we get started here’s what you can expect:
- I learn your story and how best to tell it to potential brides.
- We discuss your current pricing and your financial goals so we can help your reach them.
- We look at your portfolio and discuss practical ways for you to quickly up your portfolio power to reach high end brides.
3. Custom website, landing page and blog just for your brides. This site will be highly focused on attracting high end brides and converting them sales. It you already have a website then this will connect with your full site. If you don’t have a website then this will serve as your main website.
4. We will create and manage all of your FB ads for lead generation.
5. We will communicate with your brides from submission form to putting their wedding album in their hand. All of the client communication is done through us. Here’s what we handle:
- Responding to your clients within 24 hours consistently so they get the boutique experience.
- Custom pricing guides and educational guides sent to your clients.
- Handling of all sales calls.
- Contract negations.
- Tracking down payments.
- Planing all the details and the schedule of the engagement session and wedding day.
- Gathering information from the couple that we pass onto you so you can get to know them and feel the relationship connection before you meet them.
- Delivery of Gallery (you post, we deliver).
- Creation and delivery of any albums and prints for the bride.
- Gathering reviews and referrals.
Why work with us?
It's simple.
It’s basically free and there is little to no risk for you.
I know, it sounds way to good to be true, so let me break it down for you…
- Here’s what we do for you at no charge and what things actually cost when you pay for them on your own:
- Custom website: $3000-$6000
- Customer Relationship Management:
- If you do this on your own then the program is $450/year
- If you have an assistant to handle this then you will likely spend $1000-$2000 per month
- Graphic Design for all client communication and advertising: $1000/year
- Wedding Album design: $250 per wedding
- Monthly Facebook adverting at $5-$10 per day: $150-$300 per month
Total: $30,000 + per year of work that we do at no cost to you + FB Advertising
Because we invest a lot of time and resources in setting up your business for success, we ask that you sign a one year contract and pay only for the FB advertising which is $399/month.
You pay for FB ads. Everything else is no cost to you.
Seriously.
How? We figure out what you would like to make per wedding and then add a little extra for us. You get paid your full check and we get paid only when you get booked.
Have you ever marketed with an online wedding planning service or have you hosted a both a bridal expo? I have, and they cost a lot. You could pay $300-$500 per month for companies to show your photos to potential brides without them caring if you get booked or not or $500+ per bridal expo only to see a few booked brides each year if you are lucky. At least that was my experience which is why I changed my system.
Instead of you creating the graphics, photos, stories, etc. for your own FB ads and then still having to figure out how to post and manage your FB ads, we do it for you for a minimal cost- oh, and all the other stuff is no cost to you.
Why spend the same amount or more running ads on your own or adverting in ways that may not be getting the results you really want when we can help you get results and we only get paid when you succeed?

How do you get paid?
This is one of the most common questions we get. How could we do $30k per year of work for you at no cost to you with a smile on our faces? We get paid when you get paid. When we book a wedding, we add on a little bit to the package price so that we get paid and you still get your full paycheck.
Honestly, trail and error. We are constantly adjusting your pricing during the first 6 months of working with us until we can find the rate for maximum bookings. We have a system that helps us work it out. Once we figure out what pricing is best for your current photography and your area, then we simply increase the package pricing consistently each year to give you a raise. We hope that you will be our company and let us help you for the next 5+ years!
Nope. We highly focus on weddings to give your clients the best boutique experience possible. You will be in charge of booking your own portrait sessions and handling those clients. We will let your brides know that they should contact you using your main email for future sessions.
That’s great! We want you to book as many weddings as possible. We ask that you simply send the inquiry to us so we can manage the sale and client communication. The best thing for your business is keeping things consistent for every bride so you can get even more great reviews and referrals.

What if I want to book less than 20-30 weddings each year?
Unfortunately, if you want to photograph less than 20 weddings a year, then you are not the right fit to work with us and we wish you the best. We are looking to work with wedding photographers who want to photograph more and do less work overall. We understand how much work goes into each wedding from start to finish and that the photography is the easy part. Our goal is to book you more weddings while also giving you your time back.
If you are getting stuck in the culling and editing process and 20-30 weddings seems overwhelming, please let us know. We are working on adding fine art editing to this process and I would love to chat with you about adding it for you first.
What if I decide not to take on more weddings and I want to cancel my contract before the year is up?
We get that life can get in the way of being able to photograph weddings. I had to quit photographing weddings for this reason, so I truly understand. Because we invest a lot into your business upfront, we do ask that you commit for a full year. If you have an issue, please reach out to our team so we can help you succeed even when life gets in the way.

Do you want to look natural, instead of stiff in your wedding photos? Do you want to be focused on your fiancé, not on taking posed photos?
We love to create moments for you and your fiancé/spouse to just be with each other and enjoy being just married. Of course we give some instruction to make sure you get great photographs, but we love to capture candid moments of you two together enjoying your wedding day.
Every wedding will include some group shots and posed photos, but our focus is on capturing real smiles, glances and laughter throughout your wedding day.
As the main photographer, you will mostly be interacting with me throughout your wedding day, so let’s meet!
I love to get to know our couples. The more I can learn about who you are, what you love and how you will be celebrating, the easier it is for us to capture your day filled with memories that tell your unique love story.
Lifestyle photography is a combination of photojournalism, fine art and traditional photography.
